Delivery & Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. You must notify Countryside Cookware within 7 days of receipt by one of the following means: in writing to Countryside Cookware by email to sales@countrysidecookware.co.uk or by telephone on +44 (0)1573 228829.

We will then advise you on how to return the goods, so that they reach us speedily and safely. We would ask that you take best endeavors to take care of the goods whilst in your possession and use the original packaging where possible.

If the return is due to an error on our part or the goods were faulty, we will of course reimburse you for the return postage and refund the original delivery charges as well as the purchase price of the goods. However if you are returning the goods for any other reason, you will be required to pay the return delivery charges, as we will only refund the original payment for the goods and the associated delivery charge.

If you do cancel your order but do not return the goods, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost. Your refund will be processed as soon as we have the returned goods back in our possession and hopefully within 30 days of the order cancellation at the latest.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
