Making A Purchase
Buying from us could not be easier - just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You can also call us to place an order.
All the prices quoted on the product pages are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 17.5%. When viewing your order in the shopping cart, tax is displayed separately. Customers from outside of the E.U. will have the tax deducted from their order.
In the case of a product or price change after an order has been placed, we contact the customer and offer the opportunity to cancel the order.
Credit Card Security
When purchasing goods online, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page and your details will be encrypted by 56-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and payment card details.
Knives
Knives are only for sale to persons aged 18 and over. By placing an order for any knife, you declare that you are 18 years of age or over. Knives must be used responsibly and appropriately.
Delivery Information
We aim to deliver your goods to anywhere in the UK within 7 days of receiving your order.
The goods are sent by standard delivery service or our contracted carrier within the UK (DPD), please see our shipping page for current rates. We offer free delivery on orders over £50 (to UK addresses only). This is based on our Standard Delivery Service.
Please note that we do not process payment for orders until we have the stock and the order ready to despatch to you.
We will only accept orders via Shop Online for delivery within the UK.
We reserve the right not to accept your order at our own discretion.
Payment
We only accept payment by credit or debit card on this site. Cards accepted are American Express, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron. We do not process payment until the stock is ready for despatch to you.
If you do not wish to send your details over the web for any reason, you can ring us on +44 (0)1573 228829 and we will be happy to take your order by phone. Alternatively you can email us at sales@countrysidecookware.co.uk with your phone number and we will call you back.
VAT & Customs Duties
Value Added Tax is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. UK VAT is currently 17.5% and is included in all product prices displayed on the Countryside Cookware Web Site.
We are required by law to collect VAT on orders despatched to addresses within the European Union.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. You must notify Countryside Cookware within 7 days of receipt by one of the following means: in writing to Countryside Cookware by email to sales@countrysidecookware.co.uk or by telephone on +44 (0)1573 228829. We will then advise you on how to return the goods, so that they reach us speedily and safely. We would ask that you take best endeavors to take care of the goods whilst in your possession and use the original packaging where possible.
If the return is due to an error on our part or the goods were faulty, we will of course reimburse you for the return postage and refund the original delivery charges as well as the purchase price of the goods. However if you are returning the goods for any other reason, you will be required to pay the return delivery charges, as we will only refund the original payment for the goods and the associated delivery charge.
If you do cancel your order but do not return the goods, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost. Your refund will be processed as soon as we have the returned goods back in our possession and hopefully within 30 days of the order cancellation at the latest.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Gift List Terms & Conditions
You need to be registered with Countryside Cookware before you can create a Gift List.
As soon as an item has been bought it will automatically be removed from your Gift List to avoid duplication.
You can manage your Gift List, check who has bought what and add more Gifts to your list within ‘My Account’.
Your Gift List will stay open until you close it.
If a product has already been purchased on your behalf you cannot remove it from your list.
All orders are shipped on an individual basis as soon as they are purchased from the Gift List.
Normal Countryside Cookware terms and conditions for using the Countryside Cookware website, including delivery, delivery charges and payment apply, except when they conflict with these terms and conditions.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us at sales@countrysidecookware.co.uk. Alternatively you can ring us or write to us at the address given above. We will do our best to resolve your query as speedily as possible, and will in any event contact you to acknowledge it within 5 working days.
We monitor our complaints procedures to ensure that they are fair and effective. But please let us know if you are not happy with the results.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries require a signature, so please ensure that you are available to receive the delivery or have left specific alternative delivery instructions when placing your order. eg: leave in shed, leave next door.
Upon receipt of goods, please endorse the Parcelforce delivery note with both your signature and the time of delivery.
If you find that your goods have been damaged in transit, or part of your shipment is missing, please tell us immediately upon receipt of goods quoting your order number. Undelivered parcels must be reported to us within 10 working days.

We will either refund the original amount paid or send a replacement, whichever is prefered.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.
Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive completely confidential, and used solely for internal purposes. We will not share your personal information with any other parties, and we only use cookies to facilitate the order process. No other form of tracking technology is used by us.
